• Arianne Kindle M.S., BCBA, LABA

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Arianne Kindle founded Kindle Behavior Consultants in 2009 after seeing a need for additional quality, in-home ABA providers. She received her Master's of Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan Honor's College. In 2004, Arianne fell in love with supporting children and adults with autism while working as a case manager and teacher at the New England Center for Children. She has had many roles over the years and continues to provide professional development workshops to a variety of school districts, completes assessments, and provides case supervision as the clinical application of ABA is her passion. She is also a strong believer in the benefits of creating a positive, welcoming and supportive work environment. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes, taking trips to the beach and traveling with her husband and three little boys.

  • Nichole Lubinski M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

    SENIOR DIRECTOR

    Nichole started her career in 2006 working with young adults as they transitioned to adulthood at a local non-profit organization, which is where she first heard about ABA and decided to pursue her masters and BCBA. She worked for a small ABA company and public school before joining Kindle in 2010. Nichole has held several roles at Kindle including Behavior Technician, Behavior Consultant, Director of Social Skills, and now Senior Director. Outside of work, Nichole enjoys spending time with her family in New Hampshire and the Cape, and skis and bakes whenever she can.

  • Rachel Phair, M.S., BCBA, LABA

    BURLINGTON REGIONAL DIRECTOR and DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Rachel was first exposed to Applied Behavior Analysis while completing coursework for her undergraduate degree in upstate NY. She immediately developed a passion for ABA and decided to pursue her Master's degree in behavior analysis from Northeastern University. Rachel received the majority of her training while working at the New England Center for Children (NECC). While there, Rachel traveled overseas to assist in the start up of an ABA center before returning to the U.S. to work in one of its residential programs. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011, Rachel worked at a home-based ABA company focusing on both early intervention and school aged children before coming to work at Kindle Behavior Consultants in 2015. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys going for hikes or curling up with a good book.

  • Brianna Welch M.S,. BCBA, LABA

    CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER

    Brianna became interested in learning more about ABA during her Clinical Seminar in Autism course during her undergraduate education at Umass Lowell. She continued on completing research under a BCBA-D where she learned about the application of ABA to different learning and behavioral challenges. Brianna began working as a direct ABA instructor in 2013 as she started her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis at Regis College. In January of 2014, Brianna joined the Kindle Behavior Consultants team as a direct ABA instructor working mainly in the home setting with children with Autism. Since becoming Board Certified in August of 2015, Brianna has worked as a BCBA in the home, clinic, and public school setting before becoming the Director of Public School Consultation. Brianna is most passionate about educating and supporting others in implementing ABA across settings. In her spare time, she can be found reading, spending time outside, and enjoying her family and friends.

  • Maren Farris, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

    BILLING AND PATIENT COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

    Maren's career working with individuals with autism began in 2003 when she was placed as a substitute teacher in the Delaware Autism Program. She then found a permanent position as a teacher assistant in an autism classroom in Pennsylvania before becoming a 1:1 behavior therapist in Philadelphia. She went on to receive her masters degree in ABA from Temple University in 2008. Upon relocating to Massachusetts she joined Kindle in 2010 as our first full time BCBA. She quickly became the Assistant Director, a role she held until September 2019 when she moved to Maryland to be closer to family. When Maren is not working, she likes to work in her garden, go on hikes, and travel with her family.

  • Kim Bethel M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Kim’s career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began as an intern with a private school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Shortly after graduating with a BA in Psychology Kim began working for the private school full time as a supervisor. Upon receiving her M.Ed. and becoming a BCBA, Kim changed focus from private settings to consulting in a public school district for kids ranging in age from 3-22 years old. She spent fourteen years in the public school before coming to Kindle Behavior Consultants four years ago. She stays very busy with her family and enjoys spending her free time watching her kids play sports and taking her dog for long walks.

  • Katy Trust, M.S., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Katy Trust is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She attended Hamilton College while studying psychology and theater before going on to graduate from Northeastern University with a master's degree in Behavior Analysis. She and Arianne met while working at the New England Center for Children. She has since practiced in New York and Connecticut before moving home to Massachusetts. Katy has provided supervision in both home-based and center-based programs as well as provided consultation to school districts. She enjoys 'playing' for a living and loves to see her students' progress.

  • Sarah Silva M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Sarah has always loved children and science. She began working with children during the summers in high school, teaching swimming at summer camp. In college, Sarah studied psychology and worked in a lab helping to conduct research studies about language acquisition in infants. During this time, she began providing respite for a family with children with disabilities, supporting them in their home and in the community. In 2012, Sarah completed her graduate studies in special education and became a special education teacher at a public elementary school, where she ran a self-contained classroom. As a special education teacher, Sarah consulted frequently with behavior analysts to support the needs of her learners and their caregivers. She joined the Kindle team as a part-time behavior therapist in 2017, while she worked toward her post-graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is now a BCBA Supervisor and Director of Social Skills for our Burlington location. In her free time, Sarah enjoys walking her dog, teaching him tricks, and spending time outside.

  • Jeanne Melanson M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Jeanne started working with children in public schools as a teacher aide and providing ABA home services while working for a local non-profit organization. In college, Jeanne studied psychology and elementary education where she earned her B.A. in Psychology with Massachusetts Licensure in Elementary Education. Jeanne completed her graduate studies in elementary education and also received a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. She joined the Kindle team at our Burlington location in 2017. In her free time, Jeanne enjoys spending time with her family.

  • Denise Etheridge, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Denise began working in Applied Behavior Analysis while in college. She received her BS from Bridgewater State where she majored in Special Education with a concentration in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then completed a M.Ed in Special Education, Moderate Disabilities, and worked as a substantially separate teacher. While working on becoming a BCBA, Denise changed paths and left the classroom to begin working at Kindle as a Behavior Technician. She moved into a BCBA role in 2021. Denise spends the majority of her time outside of work with her son and enjoys being in Maine with family.

  • Vanessa Valeriani, M.S., BCBA, LABA

    BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT

    Vanessa received her Master of Science degree in ABA from Simmons University in 2019 and became a BCBA the following spring. Her career in the field began in 2015 when she worked in substantially separate classroom for children carrying an Autism diagnosis. It was here that she learned how effective ABA could be in bettering the lives of individuals on the spectrum. From there, she completed an internship in Neuropsychology at Calvary Mater Hospital and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Vanessa worked in both home and center-based services throughout graduate school and found Kindle in May 2022. Vanessa takes pride in providing her clients with the highest quality services and takes joy in watching them progress. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and likes to get outside as much as possible!
