Our number one priority is a child's independence, and we truly believe that every child is capable of learning new skills no matter their age. We measure our success by the progress made by our clients. We aim to maintain highly qualified staff, and strive to provide a happy and healthy work environment, as we know the importance of long term relationships.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science of human behavior that focuses on principles (general rules) about how behavior is affected by the environment, and how learning takes place. When ABA principles are utilized with children with autism and other learning differences, they are often used to change socially significant behaviors. At Kindle Behavior Consultants we look to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors by using positive reinforcement and other behavior principles. We aim to help children improve their language skills, communication skills, academic skills, play skills, social skills, and everyday living skills.

Many scientists and doctors believe ABA is the most effective treatment for autism and related disabilities. In 1999, The United States Surgeon General concluded that, "Thirty years of research demonstrated the efficacy of applied behavioral methods in reducing inappropriate behavior and in increasing communication, learning and appropriate social behavior."
